Unable to get Cubik Studio from Cubik Pro [Solved]

I've recently come over to start enjoying some time messing around with minecraft again after a year or so and I'm unable to get Cubik Studio. I purchased, downloaded and used Cubik Pro back in 2015 and have come back to use Cubik again for some fun, but I'm unable to access the download for it as said in the instructions for getting it. I've got the serial and dates of when purchased so any help would be great.

EDIT: When on the download page it only has the option to buy.

Yes I have, but it doesn't seem to be doing the charm.

If you had followed the guide you'd have generated an activation key, which you had not.

I've filled in part 4 of the guide for you and you should have received an email.
