Can not login / forgot username

Hello i have forgotten the username and password to my account. I have a email receipt and have access to the orginal email.

Old purchase

I purchased cubic pro some time ago. I have the email and serial code but I do not know if I had an account or if I just bought it. The download link just brings me to the download page but I can not download it.
