Hello,

I remember donating for a Cubik Pro account sometime in 2014-2016. This might be a stupid request, but could I possibly provide an admin with a couple of emails to see if they are registered for an account back then? Thank you for your help!

Have you tried to follow the recovery steps: purchase-support-f2/how-recover-old-cub ... e-t14.html
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
