I can't go to cubic studio pro.

hello! I need help with my account. On may 12, 2016, I purchased the BDcraft Cubic PRO program. Today I mentioned about it and decided to go. But I can't. Tried to recover password did not work. Also tried to restore login, too, not broke a. Says that my main mail is not attached. But although I have a check with the purchase of this program. What do I do
