Account Deactivated? [Solved]

So i had this exact account registered (made a new one just now) in 2016 and i had purchased cubik then. And i haven't used it in a bit and desided to do it again and it asked for a key witch said it was sent by email when i bought it. I look and there is no email with a key just registration email and paypal receipt.
So i'm pretty sure my acc got deactivated and i'm not paying again for that
