Hi, I'm Herobrine_2143/Herobrine/Herobrine2000/Sans

I say all my usernames because apparently none of 'em existed. I bought before Cubik Studio around 2016 or 2015, and I can't figure out why none of my accounts neither the 2 accounts that I only have works in here. Can I know if something has been reset?
