Cubik Serial Number not recognized [Solved]

I've used the last time my BDCraft Cubik Pro in 2016. Now I've tried to start the program and i find out the license code is not recognized as valid. I've used it in the past with no problems at all. The weird thing is that once the program fails to load my license, it prompts a popup window asking for the product key and the email. I've submitted the data (that luckily i saved years ago in a txt file) but it told me the "The Registration details are wrong". What am i missing?
I noticed you changed website, now it isn't anymore "http://bdcraft.net" but is "cubik.studio". Also i had to re-register with the same exact data i used 2 years ago, as my username wasn't recognized as correct. Could that be the problem?
