Bought Cubik Pro in 2016 but now can't activate it or download Cubik Studio [Solved]

I try and open Cubik Pro but prompts me to activate. I have my serial number but when I try and activate, it tells me that the activation details are wrong.

I try and login with my original username, which is using the same email address as my purchase, and it tells me "The email/username information submitted could not be found" so I can't download Studio or use the boards.

I created a new username also using the same email address as my purchase, to post my question here. It also will not activate and if I try and download Studio it prompts me to buy it.

How do I proceed, either to get the Cubik Pro I paid for working or upgrade to Studio?
