Bought long time ago, no longer works

Hi. I purchased bdcraft cubik pro a while back in 2016, i used it back then but my compute broke down, a long time after i got my computer back but my account was deleted. how do i get the program back and the kay to it? I still got the transaction thing from paypal and so on so i can prove i bought it back then.
