I have the problem that I bought the program, but can not use it.
I am offered nothing that I can download the program.
What do I have to do?

If you recently bought Studio you will have received an email with an activation link.

If you previously bought Pro from BDcraft.net please read: purchase-support-f2/how-to-upgrade-from ... o-t14.html
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
