I bought Cubik Pro on 2016.01.31. but I can't download again.

I received purchase e-mail on 2016.01.31.
from BDcraft Goods<[email protected]>
and I even have Serial key!
but I can't login so I registered new ID.

here the e-mail is.

please let me download Cubik and register with my serial key.
