Can't activate product but my password is correct

Please help I can login into the forum but can't activate my product because it says the password is incorrect and I am sure it is correct.I have tried to re-enter the password like 100 times and I have reset my password several times.I have also tried to recover purchase.Please help!

It seems unlikely there's an issue with the activation form as no one else has had any issues in 1.5 years.

Have you actually purchased Cubik Studio or are you trying to recover a Cubik Pro serial?

I don't see many recent unclaimed purchases, and none of them match your email address.

If you bought Cubik Studio recently you would receive an email with an activation link. You only receive this email once your payment has been confirmed, and depending on the payment type it can take a few days (i.e. PayPal can be delayed 3 or so days).
