Cannot find the account on which I previously bought a Cubik Key...

Hi, I bought a Cubik Pro key in 2016 with an e-mail adress that seems to be "[email protected]" (which is the same e-mail adress I used to create the account I'm currently on) the problem is that I have absolutely NO confirmation e-mail in my inbox, and I used Paysafecard to buy the license so I cannot provide any paypal order number.

Could I get some help ? I would like to have my previous license linked to my new account so I can use the software.

First try and follow the upgrade guide: purchase-support-f2/how-to-upgrade-from ... o-t14.html
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
