I bought cubik pro a really long time ago. Now I got a new pc and would like to download pro again. However it wont let me log in. Username: Tntlord9 email: [email protected] and I would also like my email to be changed to [email protected] thanks!

Have you tried following the upgrade guide: purchase-support-f2/how-to-upgrade-from ... o-t14.html

Now I'm able to get back into the account. However it says that I cannot download for free even though I have proof that I paid for Cubik Pro.

As you only registered Tntlord9 yesterday that doesn't show much.

Have you followed the guide I linked in my previous post? If so, what step are you stuck on? What's the error message, if there is one?

When I bought Cubik Pro, I didn't register a forum account. Probably why it still asks me to pay. This is the email I got when I purchased Cubik Pro

I'm not sure why you couldn't follow the simple upgrade guide considering you blatantly have all of the information required to do so. Then again... you did just post all your sensitive information on a public forum.

I have attached a key to your account, but I have obviously had to change it from your old one seeing as you posted it on the forum.

I'm sure my email and serial Id from cubik pro is correct but it's saying it's not correct

Like I told you I had to change your key as you posted it publicly.

I have activated it properly and, as stated before, you can access it via https://cubik.studio/get
