Lost account

Hello, I have bought cubik before this website was created and I am still able to access the bdcraft account I used to purchase it, but on this website, I can't access the account, even though I can find the activation email I was sent. The system simply does not accept that the combination of the mail and username doesn't exist while it obviously does.

I have got my serial back for cubik pro, but now when I try to activate the serial with the recovery option it tells me "Either the email or serial is not recognized."
