Already purchased Cubik. Still prompted to buy it again

Hello,

I purchased CubikPro back in May of 2016. Between then and now I ended up having to buy a new computer without the capability of transferring everything, so I have to re-download CubikPro. I used the link in the email and it redirected me to the download page. I proceeded to click download, then clicked on the button; "Already have Cubik? sign in here." After signing in to download Cubik again, I was prompted to purchase it again even though I already bought it in the past. Please help?
