Bought Cubik Four Years ago, download link no longer works

Hello,

I bought cubik pro in 2015 and I still have the email with the serial code, however its download link no longer works. I tried logging in but I am not sure if I actually ever made an account because when I click forgot username, it doesn't recognize the email that I used.

If I could talk to someone that can rectify this, that would be great! I want to start using the program again.
