Bought CubikPro last year, forgot password and account name, can't download again. [Solved]

Hello!
I downloaded CubikPro at some point last year, and used it a lot during that time. However, I haven't touched it for a good while, and I forgot my password and account name. I still have it downloaded, but I can't redownload it in case my hard drive becomes corrupt. Here's a screenshot of the files I have for CubikPro: http://imgur.com/a/ujGYs
