Never received my serial key email, even after trying to recover? [Solved]

Hello,

I just went ahead and bought cubik studio. I linked a prepaid up to my paypal so that I can pay for it in CAD. It all went through, it said that it took the money and so on. But I never received no serial key to the email I had put in. I tried to do the serial recovery thing. And it's telling me after putting the paymentwall email and id in, "Recovery has failed. No transaction found with those details or key already activated." But still never worked. I am 100% sure I do not have another key activated and if I do I don't know about it. And with that I still can't download it. Can I please have some help?

Hello again,

It took about an hour and a half to receive the key. I don't know if that is an issue but I think the time should be a thing to be looked into. Because it worried me that I had bought it but never got it. Either way I am now happy I got the key to log into my Cubik Studio account to start modeling!
