BDCraft studio error [Solved]

I haven't use BDCraft cubik in forever, so I came back today to an ENTIRELY new program, and i'm like sweet, this will be fun. To find out that when I try to enter my serial, I get this: "An error occured while checking registration: The license information entered contains one or more error..." please help!

I tested your license information (email + serial) and everything worked fine on my side.

1) Be sure to use latest version of Cubik Updater
2) Verify that the clock and country of your OS is setup correctly
3) Verify that you type your email in lowercase
4) Verify that you typed your Cubik Studio account email address (not your purchase email address if both are different)
5) Verify that you copy/pasted your Serial
6) Verify you entered each information in right field
7) Verify that you can access this url: http://cubik.studio/goods/register_cs

I have done all of that except when I try to access that page I get: "error 400 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 - [my I.P. here]"

Error 400 is normal.

Try deleting folder located here:

%appdata%\..\LocalLow\BDcraft\Cubik

Then restart Cubik Updater and login if necessary
