As the title says I'm having troubles with getting into the program, this also happens when I change which GPU Cubik will use (Cubik interprets Intel GPU and Amd GPU as individual users).

I need to get it reset, thanks.
And this is my other account I bought it in my main account named 'Tara3208' (I'm gonna reply with Tara3208 in case you doubt it isn't me)
