ERROR WITH SERIAL

When i try the register when opening the cubik studio and i enter my serial and email EXACTLY, it says an error.


It keeps saying:

"An error occured while checking registration:"
"The license information contains one or more error..."



I still need help with this getting fixed! And yes, i enterd the information exactly TO THE LETTER.

Firstly, please make sure your computer's clock is set correctly.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.

What does the computer clock have todo with the issue? (Im not meaning that in a offensive way)

Its 9:35 for me at the time of this post. (THIS POST, like this one exactly)

Also i EXACTLY copied my serial and email and entered them in and they dont work. Thats when it shows the error.

I didn't write the software, so there's not much else I can tell you.

If you cant help then at least tell me how i can contact the person who coded it if im not gonna get my problem fixed from posting it in the forums.

Sorry for the delay. I tested your license information (email + serial) and everything worked fine on my side.

1) Be sure to use latest version of Cubik Updater
2) Verify that your OS clock and country is setup correctly
3) Verify that you type your email in lowercase
4) Verify that you copy/pasted your Serial
5) Verify you pasted information in right fields
6) Verify that you can access this url: http://cubik.studio/goods/register_cs

Heres a checklist if what i redid after seeing the post above:

1: CHECK, i used latest download
2: CHECK, clock is fine in right country
3: CHECK, has always been in lowercase when entering it in
4: CHECK, i copied the serial exactly
5: CHECK, i did paste them in the right fields
6: WARNING, i cant access that URl, here is the error when seeing the site:

error 400 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 - 68.11.186.187

Try the following:
- Delete Cubik Studio EXE file and folder
- Delete folder located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\BDcraft\Cubik
- Download latest version of Cubik Updater
- Extract it in a folder on your desktop
- Launch Cubik Updater
- Enter registration information and click button to install Cubik Studio

If that still doesn't work, please send me the detail you are entering in fields with a screenshot of before and after button clicked in PM
