SQL Error ?

Hello!
So i bought Cubik Studio via my Gmail account and revieved no email.
I filled in the recover seriel code format and this is what happened:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Incorrect string value: '\xFCller' for column 'pf_last_name' at row 1 [1366]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: [email protected]

I would love if you guys could fix my accound please!
