Can't purchase cubik

I recently went to purchase cubik. and after i put in all my information in the checkout, and proceeded, the website said that the payment had been denied. anyone got a clue what i can do? (i've tried twice now, once on an iOS device and once on firefox)

What sort of payment method were you using? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

Can you try a different method?
