Lost Serial-Key and Restore-Site doesnt work [Solved]

I lost my Serialkey and used the site:
http://bdcraft.net/goods/lost

But it only says: "Wrong Transaction details. Please, verify what you have entered and try again."

i know 100% that all answers are correct.

What can I do?

Send me DM containing your Paypal email address and BDcraft account email address.

Put in subject something like "Get new purchase email for Cubik Pro doesn't work".

The issue should be fixed now and the lost form has been simplified (it does not require the date of purchase anymore). Please retry.
