Hello. I purchased 'cubik studio' from Paymentwall. But the paymentwall asked me to contact me here because I could not find my account. Code registration is not possible either. For reference, my code is 'w104210525'.

There isn't a transaction with the ID you've provided.

If your payment method has been charged you'll need to contact Payment Wall and ask what's gone wrong.

Interesting. Well, if what you say is true they'll have contacted Sphax so there's nothing I can do for you currently.

Suffice it to say, at this current point of time, the details you provided do not show up for us in any form (this includes the PW backend).

Are you sure the transaction/PaymentWall receipt reference is correct?

As far as I'm concerned that means the transaction with that specific reference has not been processed.
