No activation email, recovery doesn't work

I just purchased Cubik Studio. My Paymentwall reference number is W104205738. I didn't receive an activation email, and the recovery form tells me "No transaction found with those details or key already activated".

I can see the charge on my card's account page, and I have the Paymentwall receipt.
