I don´t get the code

Hello dear Cubik Team
I´m german and i don´t speak good english

I have bought the cubik pro Version for 19.90 with paysavecard.
But i didn´t get the code.
After i bought the pro Version i Register me

What should i do?

same problem.
I have the paymentwall receipt, but the recovery form tells me that the recovery failed.
I have neither the code nor a download.

I have paid 19.90 € for this!

Ja, geht mir genauso. Ich wollte das kaufen um es SOFORT auszuprobieren. Und dann so n blöder fehler...

schreib das auf englisch, vielleicht antwortet dann jemand. Ich hab gesehen, dass wir nicht die einzigen sind die das Problem haben.
