Website wont accept my password [Solved]

So i purchased Cubik studio using my email, and had a lot of trouble logging in as it didn't like my passwords that i was sure were correct, and i'm only able to log in by resetting my password every time. It also doesn't allow my password when i try to use the purchase link.

Are you sure you're not just trying an old password after you update it?

There's really no reason you'd have to keep resetting unless you have a plugin or addon that's interfering with the login form.
