I made a purchase, but I can't use the program.

I purchased Cubic Studio on 2021.2.15. The email was [removed] username "phw1326". However, when I tried to find the account, it said that there was no registered account, and I was able to recreate it with the same email. My information was deleted. Also, I tried to get the recovery serial even though I entered the purchase ID correctly, but I couldn't get it. Attached is the receipt I purchased.

The picture is the receipt I received before on [removed] .
