Account deleted? and my purchase was reset

I have the exact same symptoms as this

I purchased the software on December 1, 2021 and tried to log in to install Cubik studio on my new windows machine, but I could not log in and it said it could not find my account.
I tried to recover the activation key from this link (https://cubik.studio/recover2) but failed.
I think the account has really been lost as I was able to create the account again with the e mail I used when I purchased it before and can post here now.
The account I am using to post this has no purchase history of course, but I do have an email in my mailbox with the transaction number from that time, which I can provide if needed.

It seems a handful of forum accounts with products were accidentally purged at some point. Literally less than 0.2% of accounts.
