username error

I purchased and signed up with a different email, but the special characters in my ID were set incorrectly. I entered special characters, but I can't log in.
The email address I purchased is [email protected] username ì •ì°¬í ¬
what should i do
I want to change my username or fix the error

When I search for your email the username which shows up looks like 정찬희 not the jumble you've posted.

Are you sure you've not got some weird encoding or addon in your browser that's fudging the characters?

There are no distorted programs or plug-ins. I just copied and pasted the message from the email right here. Username registered as [email protected]

Yea, like I said, your username on the website was fine. I even checked sending emails with special characters and they sent without being jumbled, so I'm not sure what happened when you signed up.

Regardless, I've changed the username of your account to 정찬희. I assume this is what you were requesting?

However, a purchase key was generated, and it allows for download. Should I just use this? I made the purchases through PayPal and have requested refunds for both. You should use the account you're currently logged in with and any keys associated it with on https://cubik.studio/get

If your username is still incorrect please state what it should be. However, what it is currently set to is what you signed up with. All I did was copy it from the other account to this one.

I have also fixed the Username Recovery form so it should no longer send usernames in the wrong character encoding. Sorry about that, I didn't realise that's what you were referring to.
