I can't reset my cubik key. I want to reset it.

I don't see your key having any uses against it currently.

You'll need to explain the issue you're having in more detail.

when i open the cubikupdater. in paper of register.i import my email and key, next. it say :license information cat't be validated...

Please make sure your computer's clock is set correctly. That can cause issues with the verification when it is wrong.
