Tool name: Selection.
Tool icon: bracket OR voxel with red edge ?

Tool short description:
Select voxels.

Tool action on Left click:
Can select a group of voxels (or just one).

Tool action on Right click:
Unselect voxels (not all, just what we want).

A similar tool is available in 2.7.
Better voxels selection might be added in future versions anyway.
