Purchase problem

I bought this program and registered but it says that my account can not download the program and it also says that I need to purchase it again.
My email is ( [email protected] ) and there are photos of the receipt. Please check Thanks :)

Whilst logged in you just need to go to https://cubik.studio/get to get the download.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
