Issues running the software on recent versions of Mac OS

Some changes to the OS seem to have made it slightly harder to run third party apps on Mac.

You can try the following to get the software to run:

Note: that when you see {space} below it means press the spacebar.

1. Open terminal.
2. Type

   Code: Select all

   sudo chmod -R 755 {space}

3. Then drag and drop the Cubik Updater from the directory in which you wish for the application to be installed.
4. Press enter
5. Enter your password at the prompt
6. Right click and press open in the directory which the file is in, by default it will tell you that the application is unknown.
7. Run the file, put in your information and you're done!
