How to export 3 block tall models?

I tried to export my 3 block tall model but it says it didn't export elements because of invalid postitioning. So I moved it 1 block lower to see if that'd work, but when I spawn the block in game part of it is 1 block underground.

How can I move the floor lower so it will spawn correctly when placed?
