Ive recently reset my key a few times due to my Cubik being used by "too many different users..." however I only have Cubik on one pc, my mac. Now I cant reset my key because Ive done it too many times. Why is this happening.

You can only reset your key so many times within a year. This is to stop people abusing their keys (i.e. sharing it with lots of people).

Each time you reset your key you were asked to agree that you understood that continually resetting your key may make it unusable. If you felt that was an error you should have let us know at the time.

Are you sure you've not shared your key with someone, and are you sure your password is secure? You haven't changed it since you first signed up 2 years ago and after checking https://haveibeenpwned.com/ I see your email has been listed in at least one data breach.

Your key isn't due an automatic reset until roughly September, 2020.
