Hi, I wanted to say that I have a problem and that is that I used the key 4 times because of the fact that 2 times the cubik was deleted due to my PC failure and the other two I have them on my other PC and I bought a new laptop so I need it to do the projects on it and it doesn't let me reset the key anymore, I just need one more reboot even though I want to block it if they want to block it forever and don't use it anymore.

Keys get much more uses than just the 4 times you've stated, so you've definitely reset it before now.
The reset form warns you, and asks you to check a box that you understand, that if you keep doing it in a short time the key may become unusable for a time.
Your key isn't due a reset until April, 2020 when it will be automatically reset.
