"BDcraft Animaker is unable to discuss with cubik.studio" [Solved]

Hello, I bought Cubik Studio a few time ago with all the features, Cubik Studio works well but I can't open Animaker, it asks me my email and my key but it shows me this message : "BDcraft Animaker is unable to discuss with hhtps://cubik.studio Please, verify your Internet Connection and re-launch."
However, my internet connection has no problem. Any solutions ? Thank you.

This is an issue we're unaware of a fix for. The software just connects like your web browser does to connect to the website, so it doesn't really make sense for it to not work.

All we can suggest is you make sure you're not blocking the software in any firewalls. Also you could try a VPN, some users have had success using one.
