Possible to get a key reset?

Hello, is it possible to get a key reset?

My key has only been used on two systems - one which no longer exists, and once on Windows on this machine - and only by myself.

When I went to install it under Linux on the same machine that Windows install was on, it gave me an error that says "The liscense is used by too many users...". I'm going to assume that I'm going to have the same problem re-installing under Windows on this machine (I reformatted so I could dual boot properly).
