Somehow, one of my friends got access to my Cubik studio key and blocked me out. I need a new key to let me back on. Please block any other unusual computers using my current key as well.

The only "somehow" would be that you either let them have access or you left your account logged in on their computer. You should be more careful with your accounts.

I see your password was changed earlier this month, but as you claim your account was accessed by someone else you'll need to prove you're the actual account owner before I make any changes.

Your real name
The date of purchase
A screenshot of your PaymentWall receipt
