I restarted my computer erasing all memory and I tried to download cubik again but I couldnt because my key are already on my old version of computer.
Can I have a key reset?

You've had your key for less than a year, so the fact you keep exhausting the uses may suggest you're sharing it.

Remember, you can't share your key with anyone and you're not really meant to use it more than one computer.

I have reset your uses, but if you exhaust them again any time soon it won't be done again.
