can't get my product or update

So i can't remember my old info but i have the purchase email, i followed instructions and got to the https://cubik.studio/recover form and filled it out, but I have yet to receive an email from the system hours later.

Ah, I suspect the issue here is that that form let's you put in either the order or user email to recover, but then sends the email to the user email connected to the key instead of the email entered in to the form.

For most people that's not an issue, but I would guess you've been entering the same email you used on the forum to recover the key so the form is sending it to a different address.

Anyway, I've updated the form. Please try it again.
