Cannot activate my license with Cubik Studio. [Solved]

Hi there,

I'm having some trouble activating my license with Cubik Studio.
After I enter my email address and BDC code, I get the following response: http://i.imgur.com/owka2RV.png

I am able to log in on the download page, and it does list my license code.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I do enter my email address completely lowercase. No capital letters.
