Registration Key Error

Hello I bought a registration key about one year ago and I thought you can use it on two different computers. I had download Cubik studio on my old computer but had to reset it. I did not know it would count it on the same computer twice. Anyways my old one got damaged and now on my new computer it says I need to buy another key. Please help I don’t want to pay another 20 dollars for something I already purchased. Thank you for your time.

I have reset your key uses.
