glitchy item while being held

so i made a model recently and it turned out like this
can someone tell me what i did wrong
the model wont paste

I don't know how I can show you my screenshot here, but if I use your model it looks right.
The reason must be your minecraft.

Use a block which does not support alpha transparency and everything should be alright.
