So, in Multi-textured OBJ'S with separate meshes for each texture, when you convert to voxels, it seems that Studio will randomly bleed textures onto different areas.

Just to make it clearer, the particular model shown above has exactly 2 textures/materials/colours. They are on separate pieces that have no relation to each other (they are separate objects & are not touching each other).
For some reason, random individual pixels have the colour from the other part of the model.

I understand the issue. I don't know (yet) what is the cause however.
