Cubik Pro Code Doesn't Work With Cubik Studio [Solved]

Ok, so whenever I go to the download page, and I'm logged in, I get my code. Once I open the CubikUpdate.app for mac and enter everything, the code or email does not work.

From what I read, I will not be able to register. I've tried all of the solutions there and still nothing.
I have tried all lowercase
Copy and paste
Type Manually
The only thing I haven't tried is repurchasing, but that doesn't seen like a valid option for me atm.
Perhaps the problem is the software doesn't work with Mac OS Sierra, but works well with past versions.

I was really excited to see Cubik for mac, only to realize I can't use it. ;(
