Too many users using the same license

I bought the Cubik Studio programme, and after I left it to focus on my studies, I found that there were 'Too many people using the same license'. Is there a way to fix this? I'd like to use my account again.

I have reset your key uses.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
